A Micro Market is a self-service mini-convenience store designed for larger workplaces (usually 50+ employees). Instead of a closed machine, it features open shelving, coolers, and a self-checkout kiosk. It allows for a much wider variety of fresh food, such as sandwiches, salads, and yogurt.
